Julie Manchoulas
Interior Designer

Julie Manchoulas is an interior decorator with a very strong feel for infusing warmth through textiles, color, patterns and materials, balancing old with new, foreign with local.

She believes in contrasts and eclecticism may define her style, as she herself is an infused breed with English, Irish, French, Basque and Belgian roots.

On both sides, her family story evolves around various textile activities as far back as the 18th century, with cotton bleaching and dying, textile waste recycling, lace making, towel production, textile personalization...
And next to enjoying a rich career in advertising she decided to embark on this craftmanship route as well, that felt close to home.

"What thrills me the most in interior decorating is designing with empathy, bringing my strong aesthetics around the client's needs, personality and must-keep objects.
Each design is a tailor-made approach aiming to make your home feel like your very own canvas and vitamin rush, a central base for your life milestones."
